Return / Exchange Policy

The products can be exchanged or returned within 7 days post delivery, only if the delivered products are defective, damaged & wrong product.  Please do not accept delivery of any item if you notice any apparent damage or deep damage. Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.

The returns shall not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Product is used or altered by customer
  • If request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery

Refund (For Returns/Cancellations)

In case of a return or cancellation, the refund shall be initiated post the product is delivered back to us and the quality of the products returned are verified by us.

Prepaid orders – The amount shall be credited to your account through which the payment was done. It may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account as per normal routine procedure.

Cash on Delivery – The amount will be transferred to the Bank account or into any available Online Wallets as per your preference and details shared with us.

Refund will be initiated once the request is processed and in case you’re still contacted for delivery, please refuse the delivery.

Cancellation of Orders

To cancel an order, login to your account and go to manage order section. In case you have placed the order without a log-in, write to us on charagwatches@gmail.com or call or WhatsApp us on  9562689702

Cancellation after Shipment:

In case you wish to cancel your order, which has already been shipped, the refund shall be initiated after we receive the shipped products back and verify the condition of the products.

Product Missing

The customer has to open the package in front of either Post Man or Courier Delivery boy, if product is not found, kindly dont accept it. If the product is delivered to relatives or if you want to open the package later on, we request you to make a video of the package opening. We don’t accept if the product is missing, if package opening video is not available.

Return it through Courier Collection:

You may contact our Customer Care within 48hrs of having received the product and request a return/exchange (As per the policy mentioned above).We shall arrange for the products to be collected from the delivery address through courier and shall process the return/exchange subject to receipt of the products at our end in unused condition and in its original packaging along with the invoice, failing which return/ exchange or refund may not be possible.

For returns through courier collection; you will be given a docket number at the time of collecting the products, which is to be retained for future reference. If you have any further queries or concerns, kindly contact us.
